My name is Ebrima “Abraham” Sisay and I’m founder of Heliona IQ, a managerial well-being, engagement and retention company and foorum Nexus, a national mental health awards program and conference focused on building community for clinicians, mental health advocates and their well-being.
I’m on a mission to drive positive change. My mission is to use the power of storytelling to Guide One Billion People to Mental Health Breakthrough and making sure mental health education is a priority.

Inspired by my personal struggles and profound self-discovery, my pledge is driven by my own experience with a stutter, a manifestation of childhood trauma and a loss of a dear friend to gun violence. I’m committed to addressing burnout, domestic violence, gun violence and childhood trauma through storytelling and technology.
F.E.M Education, standing for ‘Fostering Emotional Maturity,’ is a K-12 curriculum aimed at developing emotional intelligence, resilience, and social skills in students for life’s challenges.
